Product descriptionFlame-Proof IM-Natural fibers can be used for flame retardant impregnation of all light, natural, easily absorbing materials, such as textiles, paper etc. It is also possible to successfully treat flame-retardant mixed fibers (ratio of 30% cotton and 70% polyester or acrylic).
Treatment methodFlame-Proof IM-Natural fibers can be applied by means of any usual spraying equipement at a pressure between 3 and 6 Bar (depending on material, distance, etc.), but also by means of dipping.With one liter Flame-Proof IM Natural fibers one can treat about 5 to 8 m2.
Testing and test reportsA natural fabric treated with Flame-Proof IM Natural fibers (cotton white) has been tested (in June 2015) in the Laboratory Centexbel Zwijnaarde according to various standards with the followin results:according to F P 92-507 (2004): M2according to EN 13773 (2003): Class 1
