For thatched roofs
Fecha de entrega: 1-2 dias
€20,51

Product description
Flame-Proof IM-Thatch is specially developed for flame retardant impregnation of wood and thatched roofs. Although dipping has shown good results, we prefer to spray. The practical side of this product is that by once you impregnate the wood and / or reed, it is both weather resistant and flame retardant. This product is not suitable for removal or prevention of living organisms such as fungi and insects.

Treatment method
Flame-Proof IM-Thatch is immediately ready for use and can be applied from below to above by means of a spray installation with a pressure between 8 and 10 bar. The product does not have to be diluted. The roof is to be sprayed equally, so it can obtain the consumption of 0,5 liters per square meter. The excess and / or spills should be cleaned up immediately with clean water.
We recommend to treat the roof after repairs or construction. After 3 to 5 years (depending on location), the roof must be checked and retreated. Proper application can only be guaranteed with reed in good condition and in dry and frost-free weather.
After a treatment, the product should be dried for 2 to 3 hours in order to achieve the desired result.

Watch out!
At lower ambient temperatures (below 10 degrees) surface exhibits after treatment any time a white glow. The product may give additional corrosion on copper, bronze and aluminum.
