Shipping & returns

We ship all our items all over Belgium, but also to all countries of the EU. We do this in several ways. These ways are explained below.

Shipping options & postage

Via transport company.
In 95% of all sales, the products are shipped via carrier. This is the fastest way of delivery.

Ordered in the morning, delivered tomorrow is our goal.
The minimum cost is charged for this. The cost depends on the volume of the packaging (length, width, height) and weight. This is automatically calculated in the webshop, and you settle the shipping costs together with the rest of your order.

Example for Belgium:
About EUR 30.00 VAT for a 10 liter bottle
About 35.00 EUR VAT for a 20 liter bottle
About 50.00 EUR VAT for a delivery of 60 liters

You can pick it up yourself.
Of course there are no costs involved. We ask to pay in advance and to provide us with proof of payment. If you pick up the order yourself, you can exceptionally also pay in cash on the spot. Pay attention! We always ask you to bring appropriate cash for payment. There is no payment terminal at the location.

Via transport from the manufacturer / supplier itself.
In exceptional cases, we do the shipping ourselves for the shipment of medium and large items. We drive our (delivery) van and / or trailer to the specified delivery address in Belgium. Prices and delivery times are on request.

 

When do we ship your order?

As soon as your payment is in our account, we will send you the purchased goods or deliver them ourselves by appointment.

When can I pick up my order?

We will send you an email or notify you when the goods are ready in the warehouse and when payment has been made (with advance payment). You can then pick up the goods, by appointment, in one of our warehouses. Please always call before you leave to make sure someone is there when you arrive and to check if goods are still available.

Do you also pay postage or shipping costs?

If you buy through our webshop, you will be charged delivery costs.
Shipping costs depend on the weight and volume of the goods. In the webshop the costs are automatically calculated, and you settle the shipping costs together with the rest of your order.

 

Still not satisfied?

If the order is disappointing, you have 14 calendar days after shipment to cancel your purchase.
You can cancel your purchase by sending an email to info@product-proof.com or by indicating this via our webshop via "my orders" in your "My Account" page.
You can then return your order in the original packaging at your own expense and risk to Product-Proof Schellebelle, Dendermondsesteenweg 120, B-9260 Schellebelle. Clearly state "Return" on the accompanying documents.
As soon as the goods are back in our possession and after approval, we will refund the cost price of the products within 30 days. The products may of course not be opened or used.
However, the right to cancel your purchase does not apply to purchases for professional use.
